I spent over 20 years in corporate America working across technology, operations, and business strategy. That time gave me a front-row seat to how large organizations build systems that drive predictable growth—and how smaller companies struggle without those same structures in place.
Through my corporate career, I worked alongside channel partners, VARs, and technology providers. I saw firsthand how businesses in the $1–2 million range operate: capable teams, strong relationships, real expertise—but without the strategic marketing infrastructure to scale past their current level.
That pattern is what led me to focus on MSPs and IT consultants.
These are businesses built by operators who know their craft but have never had the bandwidth or framework to build a real growth engine. They have tried marketing. It didn’t work—not because the tactics were bad, but because nobody took the time to understand the business first.
